I refuse to let you just stand there and smile awkwardly for your photos - whether it be for your big day or a session, I come ready to direct as needed and have little activities and prompts ready to get you comfortable in front of the camera. Having your photos taken should be fun and you should be left with something that truly feels like you. I encourage all of my couples to plan to venture off as far as their hearts desire and dream big for their photos, and incorporating an activity you love into the moment is a great way to capture the two of you in your element and bring out all those candid emotions that will make your photos incredible.

I LOVE heading to meet you in places that make your heart soar. Depending on where we're headed, travel fees can look a little different.
Locations within a 50 mile radius from the heart of Houston, TX are included with zero travel fees. Each additional mile that exceeds the 50 miles radius roundtrip will incur a fee of $0.50 per mile.
Locations outside of the 50 mile radius from the heart of Houston, depending on how far, could be subject to additional travel fees to cover potential lodging, flight and/or rental car, which you'll receive a quote for!
Travel fees must be paid up front so it's ensured that I'm able to secure any accommodations necessary to photograph your special day.

Let's meet & chat
After the initial emails where I'll provide you with my full pricing guide and additional info, I love to "meet" over zoom so we can chat more and I can answer any questions you may have! You'll pick a time for your free consult call that's best for you!

SAY YES + book it
After our call, once you're ready to book, I'll get you all set up with your contract and invoice. Once those have been signed and retainer paid - You're officially booked! From here, I'll be in touch always and it will be my greatest joy to serve you and prepare you for the most amazing day and photos to match.

The big day arrives
I'll walk in feeling like a friend instead of a vendor! Your only job is to relax and enjoy your day! I'll make sure each moment is documented and your memories will go home safe with me to be triple backed up, edited, & then sent on their way to you in a few weeks!

I do not classify myself as a wedding or elopement planner and I highly recommend booking with one as they help tremendously. However, I go a step beyond most photographers by sending a wedding and elopement guide to my couples, which is jam packed with tons of information, planning tips, vendor recommendations, and more.
For elopements specifically, I do offer permit, location, and activity guidance and information as well as some light planning assistance! For example, I cannot book or coordinate travel accommodations for your family, but I can recommend some great food, lodging, and activity spots all over and can compile that information into an organized list for you and am always happy to schedule a call and research/brainstorm with you on how we can make your day all that you dream of!

For all sessions, I offer a clothing guide which details clothing colors and textures that photograph well, in addition to information to consider based on the location you've chosen for photos.

How do we choose a location for our photos?

Every client that books with me will receive extensive information about potential location options!
Now, I don't just shoot anywhere -I'm very particular about my locations and have a handful of places that I've selected as favorites.
I will NOT shoot on private property without permission or in unlawful areas.
Upon booking a local session with me, you'll receive a guide with information on my favorite spots and you may select from there, or choose a favorite spot of your own to have your photos taken at.
Upon booking an elopement, if you're still undecided on location, we will schedule a call to go over all of your options and get you all the necessary information to help select the perfect place for your day!
How soon can we expect to receive our images?

I estimate 2-4 weeks turnaround time for all sessions, and 6-8 weeks turnaround time for elopements and weddings.
During busy seasons, these timelines may fluctuate a bit, but you'll always be in the loop and I'll let you know when y'all should snuggle up on the couch and get ready to see your gallery.
I take pride in making sure your images are perfect, so while I work tirelessly to get them to you as quickly as possible, I also take careful consideration to make sure they're absolutely perfect for you.

I hear this allllll the time - and I get it! Having your photo taken can be a bit uncomfortable, but don't worry - I got you!
Think of taking photos with me like a fun hangout session with your partner and I'm just there chatting with you - that's basically how it will be.
I love to focus on you two interacting and have fun prompts and activities for you to do to not only get the best candid images, but to help ease your mind! Don't worry about how you look or what you should be doing with your left hand, we focus on natural interactions and I'll guide you through the entire process!
Do you deliver any unedited images?

No, I deliver fully edited images only! I think editing is where a lot of the magic happens! My editing style is pretty true to life with a bit of a filmy, nostalgic vibe, but the unedited images likely won't look like a "normal photo."
I shoot all of my images in RAW format - RAW files are huge files that are meant to be edited by professional editing software and cannot be opened or viewed by standard computer applications, so they're not really suitable for posting or sharing as is.
Of course, for branding clients or clients who request to purchase the copyrights and all RAW files, I will provide a custom quote!

YES! I offer multi-day coverage for both weddings and elopements! Whether it be for cultural reasons or just that you want to maximize the wedding fun, multi-day weddings and elopements are the best way to spend time with your new spouse and closest friends and family.
If you're having a multi-day wedding or elopement, reach out to me and I can provide a custom quote.
If you're looking to book multiple sessions over the span of a few days, we can do that as well. For example, if you're traveling and want to adventure in different spots and have your photos taken on two separate days or even a session one day for your proposal and an adventure session the day after - you can never have too many photos! Let's plan something and I can provide a custom quote!
Where do you travel to? How does booking a destination wedding/elopement work?

EVERYWHERE! Literally anywhere and everywhere - I go wherever love takes me, US destinations or international.
When booking a destination package, the process will be relatively the same, with the addition of travel fees and coordination. Travel fees are required up front so I can lock that in to make sure I'm good to go for your day and I can provide a quote for any potential places you may visit.
If you're meeting me somewhere I'm already headed to, travel fees are waived and you'll just be responsible for the session payment as well as any potential permit, parking, or activity fees, etc. Reach out for custom quotes and additional info!

Each type of booking will require a non-refundable retainer to be paid immediately to reserve your date on my calendar. Once that has been paid, your remainder payment will be due at a later date prior to your event or session.
I do offer custom payment plans/schedules to best suite your personal needs.
